All the locomotives there have one injector on them, which is supposed to be used in the event of low water at a station stop. Otherwise the crews prefer to just set the feed on the crosshead pump. I've been told that there are crew members that are afraid to use the injector. Bear in mind that the DW crews are classified as ride hosts (operators), unlike their counterparts at DL who are operating engineers. There is a marked difference in what they are compensated for their labor ...........
