C-25s on the Chili Line?

I know T-12s were the power du jour until the heavier rail enabled the K-28s to operate on the Chili Line. And some C class power operated on the line as well.

Did any C-25s ever make a regular appearance on the Chili Line, enough to be a plausible modeling option?
