My sister, niece, and nephew spent the past weekend at Snowshoe, WV. No problem on drive up from Nashville via Kingsport. Similar temps and snowfall to yours. Came back via Lexington KY (deciding that snow on that route trumped ice in East Tennessee). There experience was that WV and KY did a great job on keeping the roads open.
