Just got off a coal train from Crested Butte

I was looking at a video of the operations on the Crested Butte branch, and I noticed that the coal trains that originated in Crested Butte used the highside gondolas--were these cars taken to Salida and transfered at Barrel? I know that the Baldwin branch typically used the drop bottom gons. How was coal transfered from the highside gons to the standard gauge? Thanks for any help.
