NG Motel?

Anyone know if Richardson's old NG Motel still exisits? I guess it was just outside Alamosa- maybe just INSIDE Alamosa now. If so: Is it a place to consider hole'ng up for a night? We're going to be rolling through there next week and I got to thinking... SR
