Assuming the commission renews the operating contract, who chooses who Tim's replacemnet will be? Is it the Mgmt com[pany's borad? Has Tim "groomed" anyone in the organization to take over? Is there a capable second in command or other good candidates command now? Does the commission have any say in it?

The RR has made great progress under Tim. Would hate to see that momentum slow down.
