No... In fact until this year 484 and 488 had'nt been repainted since 2004 and 2005 respectively, as that is when they emerged from rebuilds. 487's last true repaint (aside from this year)...God only knows when it was truly done.

Now, I can see them applying fresh graphite to the smokeboxes every year...but I wouldnt count that as a totally new paint job.
