came into power and the mail began moving on trucks, the delivery of USPS has slowed.
Was a time when I could mail a letter by putting it in the slot on the side of the RPO car addressed to North Powder, just 11 miles away. The letter would arrive in less that 30 minutes. Now that same letter has to travel to Pendleton, 90 miles away, then back to North Powder.
