Last I heard 489 wil be ready in time for the Christmas trains. Things slowed down on it during the season because of the ongoing maintenance needed for 484, 487, 488 and, I suppose, 19.

Anyway at that time work will start on 463. I think using 463 on short trips to Big Horn from Antonito might be a hit. Then there would be use for the wye at that location.
