A little more than a couple of months ago we were told that # 69 has "smoke box problems." The smoke box was removed and may be refabricated along with related fixtures. Perhaps someone else can provide information that is more technical. Also, managment informed our group that the WP&Y has the second most quantity of passenger cars (after AMTRAC) in the US. They are also making millions of dollars and can easily afford to buy newly constructed steamers but for now desire to share their wealth with employees, management, and stockholders. (see attached)
