Hartford appears to be producing all of the Fall River kits which include Carter Bros 24' Flats and Boxcars.

Bachmann makes a 1:20.3 F&CC boxcar which of course works for the cars the NCNG purchased

AMS makes a Tankcar which will work for one of the NCNG tanks.

Beyond those, I can't think of anything else that will work for NCNG equipment easily.
The earliest Coaches, the Canda coaches and the shop build coaches have no available kits, and are quite unique so it is unlikely that any manufacturer will be producing kits for them anytime soon.
