very active in the organization. For the Friends, that obviously means work session attendance."

How about some sort of work session other than train season. A lot of folks may be interested in helping but are not available during the train season. Another consideration is how does one participate with a physical handicap??? I am not talking about people working to become a BOD but just wanting to help but not available during the season.
