Only one problem.

Who, in this day and age, would invest the cubic $ needed to start a manufacturing facility like you suggest from the ground up when there are so many other more lucrative investments that can be made.

Steam and the art of firing and operating it are dying. People would rather e-mail or "network" than actually do something constructive. The hell of it is, that most people get paid more for sitting on their "thigh bones" than actually doing something constructive. The return on the dollar is also better.

It better be a very well heeled individual who doesn't mind financing a "Labor of Love". Any takers out there? Bill Gates? Sam Furakawa? Paul Allen? Steve Jobs?
