The 6300 series flat cars are a wood frame construction car almost identical to the older 6000 series cars but 10 ft. longer. They suffered from the same problems as the 30 ft. cars weak frames so rail was added to reinforce them. Very few survived till the end of service in 1968 I think there are only 3 or 4 that made it.
