Sigh. I should've known we couldn't completely avoid this.
Thanks for setting that straight, Skip. Yep, as I alluded to in a previous response - if the money and desire on the part of the owner (who hasn't changed at all) had been there years before, we could've had the best of all worlds.
Still none of that changes the fact that what Steve Torrico and the Railstar folks (note, please - Railstar, not CHS) did for us last fall was a very nice thing indeed.
