We do indeed plan to restore number 20, in fact granting is in the works as I write this. We've done a bit of peliminary work on her, mostly just general inspection. As for robbing parts, very few were used on the 19 that belonged to the 20. A few odd small parts here and there, but not much. The biggest piece being borrowed is the tender frame. It just doesn't make much sense to rob parts from locomotives when you can just as easily repair or replace. If you get in the habit of borrowing indefinately, it just makes it all the more difficult when it comes time to restore your parts source.
