Based on the date of that production, they will fall under the new copy-right laws which now extend to 70 years after the death of the person who produced them. Legally, you best look elsewhere for recordings from someone who can give authority. The product does not have to have circled c or word copy-right under the new law, everything you produce is automatically covered.
