I hope you are right that DRGW 315 may operate over Cumbres. However, I hope that no one gives in to the temptation of painting any coaches green for this service. I think I am right on this, but 315 would date back to the time when the DRGW passenger equipment was painted a variation of maroon (?), which by stretching a point would not be that far removed from the color the C&TS coaches are painted today. From a selfish and self interested standpoint, I never have been fond of the Pullman green variant. With all of the other greenery around, the train has a tendency to get lost in photographs.
I'll get fried for this I am sure, but I wouldn't be too upset if a temporary diamond stack were installed on 315 for this occasion. This is comdination with the near maroon coach color would give a reasonable approximation of a turn of the century passenger train. (Me puts on a fresh set of asbestos underwear
