This little fellow is a veteran of the Godchaux sugar lines (the company operated several) in Louisiana. It was rebuilt in the mid '70s for service at the Old Vegas amusement park in Henderson, NV, during which time it was reboilered and converted to propane firing. Supposedly the park favored operating their small Plymouth which was cosmetically altered into a "steam outline." The Eureka was also displayed elsewhere on the property.
