Greg Le Pak's books are very rare . He wrote another book ,"Vanishing Varnish" .He was no Tolstoy ,but Greg's books had many interesting photos of Colorado's railroads ,with an emphasis on D&RG(W) operations on the Front Range .Greg was an engineer on the D&RGW ,running south of Denver .He had a reputation of being areal nice guy .I think I met him years ago .I don't know what he is doing n ow .Rick Steele might know .
