The Long Belled SP 5 chimes were cast in the Sacramento Shops for the 4-8-2s they were building at the time. They used the same base as an SP 6, just with a different top. My guess is they cast less than 15-20 of the tops. SP 2467's whistle is a welded version of that whistle it has carried since the completion of its restoration in 1999.
