Steady but slow progress. Still having some delays locating and obtaining parts in a timely manner, and minor issues keep popping up. It just takes time. Note that this is not the only work, some of the same people working on the Porter also have to keep SVRR operating and two other shortline's equipment running. We still are unable to accurately estimate when it will be at the Loop - too many variables involved. Believe me, we all want it out of here - but only when we believe it is a safe and reasonably reliable loco.
