David,a couple of suggestions for you;
Try www.exporail.org
That is the Canadian Railway Museum at Delson Quebec, just outside Montreal. They should be able to provide you with some leads re Bombardier contacts.
Another place, also, is www.bytownrailwaysociety.ca
This group, in Ottawa, puts out a Canadian railway guide each year of over 600 pages. Someone in the organization there may be able to help.
