I used to see that book. There are shots by John West in there as well. Speaking of Gildersleeve, I have been in contact with him recently, as I have obtained the use of several photos for SP related oldies and such from him. He probably still has more of those books, so if anyone wants one($14.95 I think), let me know and I can forward his email address to you.
