Yesterday, May 2nd, marked the 15th anniversary of D&SNG's 482 being put back into service after being dormant for over 30 years.
If I recall correctly, the rebuild started in October of '91 after the swap for 497, and 7 months later she rolled out of the roundhouse under her own power!
What a tribute the hard working guys in Durango!
