Ten Mile Hill?

I am currently writing a history of D&RGW Jordan Spreader OU for the Prospector Magazine. One of the documents is a report of the D&RGW/Jordan Comapny tests performed on February 22 and 23, 1924.
The report refers to a location of the first test they call "Ten Mile Hill." I have never heard that term used. Does anyone know where that might be.
The report refers to MP 369, but I think that is a mistake as 369 is Lumberton. The second day they tested it at MP 303 near Big Horn.
