I am not qualified to say much on this ,but tentatively there is a plan is to dump gravel with gondola(s) coupled into existing passenger trains .Work trains are expensive to operate . These are old figures ,and Earl could amend this ,but it is my understanding th at a work train on the C&TS costs a minimum of $5000 to operate . At least one EBT gon will be in service this summer . The hope is to get a nother one out this year as well . The C&T runs very few work trains , but they will be announced if they are of any consequence .
