As far as I know, 74 is in pieces out at Strasburg. Since it's no longer headed for the loop, it's not top priority at the moment. The plan (unofficial) is for Uhrich's to put it back together with the original parts, then we will either use volunteer labor to cosmetically restore it, or pay to have the cosmetic work done. Nothing has been done yet, though.
