Thank all of you for sharing your railroad memories. I treasure all of them.
My materal grandfather, AA McCauley, worked for the Union Pacific. He died before he was born so there were a lot of train stories left untold.
The stories are the main reason I came to this forum. I try to stay away from the politics of the Georgetown Loop and the Cumbres & Toltec. That would make it too much like work.
