C&TS CO master plan presentation

A friend sent me a note regarding a presentation by Fred Andreas who prepared the Colorado-side master plan for CHS. The agenda indicates Fred's presentation will be from 12:00 to 12:30 or so.

I do not know Fred,and really have no idea what his findings are, but thought some of you might be interested. I will attend if I can.
