El Paso Engine NNG but sort of

March 20, 2007 12:55PM
I am writing a book on the three railroads that made Johnson City TN a city. One of these is the East Tennessee & Western North Carolina, known to many as the Tweetsie.
The first road through what became JC was the East Tennessee & Virginia. One of their first locomotives was an engine built by the builder Breese Kneeland. Well strangely enough a Breese Kneeland engine still exists. It is on display in El Paso, in a public building.
What I am asking for, is if anyone here has taken good photos of this engine? I have very very few illustrations for the first chapters of the book, and since less than 100 BK engines were built, a photo of one is about as good as we can get.
I need good resolution if anyone has something.
Credit will of course be given.
Back channel me at johnnyg@boone.net if yo can help.
Thanks,
