Doug, what a great idea! Not speaking for my employer, but rather personally, I would donate monies for such a plaque. I personally feel that if it had not been for the time, talent, passion and sacrifice put forth by Lindsey and Rosa I doubt this important piece of Colorado narrow gauge railroading would have come back to life to become one of the great tourist railroads of our nation. Yes, CHS played a major part as well, but it would be hard to disagree that for close to 30 years the heart and soul of this operation was known by two names…..Lindsey and Rosa.
