Re: Where on the WP&YR?

This picture was taken at about MP 16.9 . It was known as inspiration point. From here on a clear day it is possible to see all the way back down to Skagway and the Lynn Canal (The longest fiord in North America). The line visible in the distance is the railroad between Black Cross MP 10.2 and Heney MP 12.3.
This railroad although difficult to photograph is truly beautiful to see and experience. If you haven't already been there you should make plans to go.
Guys you can get there by cruise ship so you shouldn't have trouble getting your wife to go along with the idea.
