What: Valentine's Day Special at the Colorado Railroad Museum
When: Saturday, February 10th, 2007, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Where: The Colorado Railroad Museum, Golden, CO (303-279-4591)
Motive power: Diesel (saving the steam for steam-ups)
The Museum is looking for volunteers to help with this one-day operation. Opportunities include passenger loading/unloading, parking, working with the storyteller, and providing visitors with information about the Museum.
Note #1: Satisfactory completion of the Museum's safety rules class is required to stand inside the passenger cars or ride the platforms while the train is in motion. The date of the next safety class is to be determined, but under the guidance of authorized personnel, all are encouraged to support train operations.
