I appreciate seeing the photos of #463 in Antonito, but it bothers me to see it sitting in the weather. It would seem to me to be a priority that if there is not room in the new car storage facility for it that it should be tarped or shrink-wrapped for the winter. Even UP keeps their parts locomotives in the roundhouse. Are my thoughts reasonable? This is not a good winter for outdoor storage in the Rocky Mountain West. This locomotive should be considered a treasure, I think, one of two still in existence.
