There shouldn't be a problem, but it's possible his address may be mistyped or outdated, if he hasn't updated his address in a while on the NGDF. That happened to me a couple of months ago. I had mistyped my own return address.
I'm sending a link to your post to him, I'm sure you'll be hearing from him soon.
If you don't, I'll be glad to forward it to him.
