Next time I'm in town I think I might wander over to the lake. I'd like to have a closer look. About the only thing that I have explored is the tender tank and the bridge along the new alignment. It looks like the grade pops out a few times on the east end as seen in the next few pics.
It also looks like the grade was moved around as the river changed. I noted a number of shoeflies on the map. Maybe even a couple not on the map.
Now if I only had a few 100 Megs of webspace I could upload all of these overlay tiles. Then you guys could zoom in and wander around.
