Howdy folks,
Does anyone know when and why the RGS mainline across Sherman St (CO Hwy 62) was cut? This left only the D&RGW mainline crossing Sherman St. I have maps that show the two mainlines as complete. But, the photos from 1948 and 49 show it being cut at Sherman St.
Why would they do that. Seems like it would make yard operations a real pain. At least it's a pain while I run operations in my simulator.
