I found a 20 minute "mini feature" of the Georgetown Loop Inc's operation during 2004. The video shows #12 on the regular train and #40 on the extra.
I can't tell for sure, but it looks like Phil was running #12 during one runby. I thought I also saw Skip, but the camera person zoomed away from the cab as the locomotive passed. (That probably was to prevent the camera from breaking -- ha-ha!)
IMHO, the video seems to capture how the GLRR, Inc made running the loop look easy.
