Sometime in the 1940's a surveyor named Philo Anderson did some relocation work on the SV. I have seen some of his notes, which are in the posesion of the County Historical Soc. They were mostly in S. Baker, but there might have been some work in Sumpter. These notes are generally not self explanitory and it is not easy to determine where he was working. Tom Hanley may have some additional notes from the S.V.Ry. days.
