If I recall an old web discussion correctly, this engine was used at the Petticoat Jct theme park, and was moved in the 80s to a private owner. I don't believe it is operating. This person lived just off an interstate exit, where in one direction the cross road was a public highway, in the other it was his driveway. I don't know the family name, but the engine might be visible in the distance.
