Spectrum (Bachmann) makes an HO standard gauge 44-tonner in D&RGW colors. I don't know of any 47-tonner models like the #19 offhand, but the 44-tonner drive can't really be regauged that easily. Plus, it has completely different trucks than a 47-tonner.
