I was happy to see a newly-rebuilt 6314 had returned to the rails in Chama. As usual the FCT did a very nice job on it. The D&RGW built 15 of these 40-ft. wooden flat cars in the early 1920s. Their frames are similar to that of 40-ft. reefers (a tip for those who want to model this car). The trucks were unusual high arch bars, though I believe 6302 has Andrews trucks under it. I looked for it a few times but could never find that car at the Loop.
