I don't find it disturbing--just think how much revenue was lost the summer of the Missionary fires---what use was the north Durango yards serving the railroad--none really exect to store some cars that they weren't maintaining anyway. It's smart business to me on that move--it probably kept the railroad open to the scale we are used to seeing. Just my point of view.
