I find the previous post very interesting and informative. I am sure that there are many issues involved here that need to be addressed. I do however think this agreement is a positive move in the right direction. I always think we achieve more with small steps than trying to overeach too fast. Lets all hope the other issues can be addressed in a satisfactory manner for all. I do understand monitoring the use of company logos however, but agree UP has some pretty badly marked up cars and stuff out there on the lines. I see them everytime a train rolls through. One wonders though if that could be addressed very efficiently consider that these cars set in rail yards alot of places and probably would be remarked within in a short time of being recleaned. Cities have had this problem for years.
