4 pockets, coaling 2 tracks,shed over pockets,
engine house frame 14'x20' with mech. equip.,and sanding facilities.

Balanced Bucket Type,mechanicaly opreated,capacity 75 tons.
Frame on concrete foundation.
4 Williams & White pockets and aprons.
Coaling one track.
2 Buckets,Capacity 1 ton each.
Hoist operated by 15 H.P. gas engine.
Hopper track over pit 30' long.

An added note at the bottom of the page;
"this seems to have retired sanding facilities and we have no record of when present Sand House bld. #10 was erected"
