I downloaded this excerpt from the FRIENDS site:
"Repairs to the 487 hopefully will be quick. In addition to the broken #1 rod, the #2 may be bent. Replacements are available, and if that is the limit of
the problem, the 487 should return to service fairly quickly.
"
Were rods from a K-37 used as replacements or were spares available?
I also saw that 19 was needing rewiring. How is she doing?
