So far the Pacific Coast RailRoad is a private estate railroad. We do open it up to the public on several occasions though out the year, mostly for fund raisers for non profit groups.such as hospitals, schools, and political fund raisers. As you know the Big event is the pacific coast railroad round up the first weekend in May. This is a fund raiser for the San Luis Obiuspo Railroad Museum.
The P.C.R.R. is a fairly new rairoad having been established around 2000.
Future plans for this operation calls for expansion of the line and the building of an engine house and facilities. This plan also calls for the opening of the line commercally as a tourist operaion in about two years.
