Roger,
Even though I've lived down in Loveland for several years, I just got acquainted with #21 this past summer, while painting a 1:24 scale Hartland Birney for Bath Nursery in Ft. Collins. Your restoration is beautiful, and you can rightfully be proud of it. I really enjoyed the ride and the folks who were working as the crew. Here's a pic of the painted model, fresh out of the shops making a test run on our garden railway. Could have been better detailed, but the objective was just to capture the flavor.
