If you thought that the train crew was rude, you were welcome to talk to the operations manager, and we would be happy to work with you on resolving any issues. We apologize for the fumes and noise from the diesel, but little can be done about that. Hopefully you will choose to visit us again, and have a much more enjoyable experiance on the Loop.
